Qualifications and Experience: B.Tech Civil EngineerMinimum of 7 + years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior design and construction projects.Strong technical knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors in a fast-paced construction environment.

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.


About the Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for interior design and construction projects. Coordinate resources, activities, and deliverables to meet project objectives.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders. Communicate project requirements, updates, and key milestones to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Design Management: Manage the design process, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation. Coordinate with design teams to ensure that design intent is translated into construction drawings and specifications.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for interior construction work. Review contract documents, change orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with project scope and budget.
  • Construction Management: Oversee the construction phase of projects, including site preparation, demolition, build-out, and installation of finishes and furnishings. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and track spending against the allocated budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to optimize resource utilization and minimize project costs.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to ensure adherence to the project schedule. Identify and address schedule delays or conflicts to prevent impacts on project milestones.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate construction activities. Conduct inspections, reviews, and tests to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with interior construction projects. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and punch lists. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for all planning, scheduling, and project controls activities, ensuring alignment between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead the development of the project baseline, including scope breakdown, work sequencing, schedule preparation, cost planning, and resource loading—to establish a robust execution roadmap.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all design, procurement, and construction activities are accurately reflected in integrated project schedules and aligned with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular Planning Review Meetings to track schedule performance, monitor critical paths, assess variances, and ensure timely incorporation of approved changes.
  • Evaluate project schedules, work programs, resource plans, and cost estimates for feasibility, constructability, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress using earned value metrics, dashboards, and MIS tools to identify delays, risks, and deviations from the baseline, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support procurement planning by tracking long-lead items, vendor timelines, and material delivery schedules to ensure seamless construction sequencing.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to validate reported progress, assess productivity, identify bottlenecks, and synchronize site execution with approved schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain planning documentation—including baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, progress reports, S-curves, recovery schedules, and risk registers—to support informed decision-making and project governance.


About You


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Masters in Construction Management
  • 7+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, mixed-use Healthcare projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
