Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and execute interior and turnkey projects from planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, manpower, vendors, materials, quality, timelines, measurements, billing support, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage projects from site mobilization to final handover as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all interior and turnkey works including civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, and furniture.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate Site Supervisors, Engineers, contractors, workers, and other project teams.
• Client Coordination: Maintain regular coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Planning: Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, daily/weekly progress, and execution plans.
• Material & Vendor Management: Coordinate procurement, vendors, material availability, consumption, and wastage control.
• BOQ & Billing: Review BOQs, drawings, site measurements, variations, MBs, RA bills, WCC, and support client billing.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Cost & Timeline Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, identify delays/risks, and take corrective actions to complete projects on time.
• Handover & Documentation: Manage snagging, rectification, final inspection, documentation, testing/commissioning, and successful project handover.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, turnkey projects, or construction.
• Experience in corporate offices, retail stores, banks, showrooms, commercial spaces, or similar projects will be preferred.
• Strong experience in handling contractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and multiple site activities.
• Experience in client coordination and project handover is essential.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, measurements, estimation, billing, and project scheduling.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand architectural/interior drawings.

Knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, and furniture works.

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.

Ability to track project progress, material consumption, manpower, and costs.

Knowledge of MB preparation, RA billing, WCC, snag lists, and handover documentation will be an advantage.
