Production Supervisor

*Supervise daily production across Cutting, Store, Washing, Finishing and Packing departments.

* Allocate work to workers and ensure daily production targets are achieved.

* Coordinate with department heads and report directly to management.

* Monitor quality, productivity and discipline on the production floor.

* Ensure timely completion of export orders.

* Handle manpower planning, attendance and workflow.

* Maintain coordination between production, quality and dispatch teams.

* Immediately report production delays or quality issues to management.

MUST HAVE:

* ✔️ Strong leadership and team handling skills.

* ✔️ Able to manage 40–100 workers.

* ✔️ Experience in export manufacturing preferred.

* ✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

* ✔️ Ability to work under deadlines.
