Role Objective: To provide high-quality instruction to primary-grade students while maintaining a structured, disciplined, and nurturing classroom environment. 


  1. Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) as per the school’s curriculum.
  2. Create high-quality teaching aids, worksheets, and digital presentations to make abstract concepts concrete.
  3. Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to track student progress and identify learning gaps.
  4. Monitor students' social, physical, and emotional development, providing feedback to parents during PTMs.
