Presales Executive

Role Overview:Luxe Star is looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals who can handle leads, followups and client conversions for influencer marketing, celebrity promotions and brand collaboration services.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into successful deals through proper followups and relationship building.

• Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Instagram and website.
• Call every lead within 5 minutes of lead generation.
• Perform regular followups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain Luxe Star services including influencer marketing, celebrity promotions and branding campaigns.
• Share quotations, pricing and campaign details with clients.
• Maintain proper CRM updates for every lead and followup.
• Convert interested leads into successful sales.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations team for campaign execution.
• Reactivate old leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, influencers and digital marketing
• Confidence in calling and followups
• CRM handling skills preferred
• Positive attitude and sales mindset
