Job Opening: Lead Sales Executive (Venue Sales)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Lead Sales Executive to join our team for our upcoming luxury venue project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated through online advertisements & social media campaigns

• Call potential clients and understand their event requirements

• Regularly follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages

• Schedule and coordinate venue visits with prospects

• Give detailed venue presentations and explain offerings

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Maintain lead database and update follow-up status daily

• Work closely with the marketing team to maximize conversions

• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business & referrals

Requirements:

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Sales experience preferred (hospitality/event industry is a plus)

• Confident on calls and client-facing meetings

• Good follow-up discipline

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic CRM / lead management knowledge

• Presentable and professional personality
