🌍 Global Excellence Awards: Communicate with distinguished individuals and organizations about relevant award opportunities.

🇮🇳 National Quality Awards: Connect with businesses and professionals to introduce them to recognition opportunities through our award initiatives.

✨ Brand Empower: Represent our brand initiatives and engage with potential participants for our award shows, including outreach to celebrities, award-winning personalities, and other distinguished guests.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities1. Celebrity & Influencer OutreachConnect with celebrities, award-winning personalities, entrepreneurs, business leaders, influencers, and industry experts.
• Initiate professional conversations through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
• Introduce our podcast programs, award shows, and brand initiatives to relevant prospects.
• Build a strong network of professionals and influential personalities.
• 2. Podcast Guest AcquisitionIdentify potential podcast guests through LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other online platforms.
• Invite entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, and industry experts to participate in our podcast programs.
• Explain paid podcast packages, pricing, participation benefits, and deliverables.
• Follow up with interested prospects, address queries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• 3. Award Show Promotions & Participant OutreachPromote participation opportunities associated with Industry Leader Awards, Global Excellence Awards, and National Quality Awards.
• Reach out to prospective participants, including business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and distinguished personalities.
• Explain the relevant award program, participation process, applicable fees, and associated benefits.
• Handle enquiries, maintain follow-ups, and coordinate with interested prospects throughout the process.
• Support outreach initiatives for Brand Empower award shows and related events.
• 4. Lead Generation & ConversionResearch potential guests and participants using social media, business directories, and professional networking platforms.
• Maintain a structured database of leads, communication records, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Develop effective communication strategies to engage prospects and address initial objections.
• Work towards assigned outreach, booking, and conversion targets.
• 5. Relationship Management & CoordinationMaintain professional relationships with interested guests and participants.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, schedules, event requirements, and participation details.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth communication experience.
• Represent the organization professionally in every interaction.
