Qualification: Polytechnic / Diploma in IT or Computer Science

Experience: Fresher

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic computer and IT support.
• Help in resolving basic hardware and software issues.
• Install and update software and applications.
• Support employees with day-to-day computer-related problems.
• Maintain IT records and system data.
• Assist the IT team with networking and system issues.
• Check computers, printers, and other IT devices.
• Follow company IT and security guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
