Job Description

  • Manage the complete daily operations of the podcast studio.
  • Ensure the studio is fully prepared before every recording session.
  • Coordinate recording schedules and studio bookings.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and overall presentation.
  • Create and optimize operational workflows and SOPs.
  • Oversee podcast production from booking to final delivery.
  • Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and referrals.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Upsell additional services including reels, social media management, branding, and marketing packages.
