O Positive Health is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to join our team. The role involves patient counseling, lead generation, hospital coordination, and corporate outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Call and guide patients regarding treatments and healthcare services

• Understand patient requirements and explain the benefits of our services

• Support and coordinate with patients throughout their treatment journey

• Generate new leads and contribute to business growth

• Arrange meetings with corporate companies for healthcare tie-ups

• Collect patient feedback, reviews, and testimonial videos

• Handle documentation, form filling, and record management

• Visit hospitals for coordination and payment collection when required

• Participate in field marketing activities, camps, promotions, and awareness programs

• Build relationships with hospitals, patients, and corporate clients

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
