Job Description

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report residents' health conditions and any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor.
  • Support patients with medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment for residents.
  • Assist in transferring, positioning, and ambulation of residents using proper techniques.
  • Record daily care activities and maintain required documentation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
