Packing Manager

Job Title: Packing Manager

We are looking for a practical, active Manager to run our warehouse floor, manage our packing staff, and handle stock records on the computer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Tracking: Keep a daily track of all stock and do regular counts to ensure accuracy.
• Staff Management: Plan daily schedules and directly supervise packing staff to get orders dispatched on time.
• Stock Planning: Analyze sales trends to prevent running out of stock or piling up dead stock.
• Problem Solving: Investigate missing or damaged items and fix the errors immediately.
• Computer Entries: Maintain live, accurate stock records in our ERP system or Excel.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or packing operations.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading on-ground packers and labor.
• Tech Skills: Good hands-on experience with MS Excel and inventory systems.
