🎯 About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Order Packaging Executive to manage daily order packing and dispatch operations for our growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate packing, quality checks, and timely handover to courier partners.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Pick products as per order invoices
• Perform quality checks before packing
• Pack orders securely and neatly according to brand guidelines
• Ensure correct invoice, tags, and packaging inserts are included
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch
• Maintain daily dispatch records
• Assist in inventory counting and stock organization
• Report damaged or defective products to the supervisor

• ✅ Requirements
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Prior experience in e-commerce/warehouse operations preferred
• Basic understanding of online order processing
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones/ERP systems

• Experience with Shopify / Amazon / Flipkart order packing
• Knowledge of RTO handling & return management
