# *Urgent Hiring – Operations Head (BPO – Banking Services)*

*Salary:* ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)

*Job Type:* Full-Time

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end operations for multiple banking processes.

* Lead and mentor Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Operations Executives.

* Ensure achievement of client KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and revenue targets.

* Monitor daily operational performance and implement process improvements.

* Handle client communication, reviews, escalations, and stakeholder management.

* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.

* Drive team engagement, coaching, and performance management.

* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and operational standards.

* Coordinate with HR, Training, Quality, and Workforce Management teams for smooth business operations.

* Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation efficiently.

### Required Skills

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and client handling abilities.

* Sound knowledge of banking operations and BPO processes.

* Experience in Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Banking Operations.

* Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

### Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

* 3–6 years of experience in BPO operations with exposure to multiple banking services.

* Proven experience in managing large teams and achieving operational targets.

*Salary:* ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month.
