About the Role

Swtantra Retail Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager with a strong background in apparel manufacturing and hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production, inventory management, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Production & Manufacturing Operations

* Manage and monitor daily apparel manufacturing operations from sourcing to final dispatch.

* Coordinate with production, merchandising, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order completion.

* Track production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.

* Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing best practices.

E-commerce Operations

* Oversee order processing across online marketplaces and D2C platforms.

* Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between warehouse and online sales channels.

* Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and customer service coordination.

* Work closely with marketplace teams to maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).

* Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and operational performance metrics.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

* Manage inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment.

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and warehouses.

* Minimize stock discrepancies, excess inventory, and stock-outs.

* Monitor procurement and material availability for production requirements.

Team Management & Reporting

* Lead and supervise operations, warehouse, and support teams.

* Develop SOPs and ensure adherence across departments.

* Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analyses.

* Collaborate with management to achieve business growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing operations.

* Mandatory experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.

* Strong understanding of garment production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.

* Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.

* Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and operational reporting.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, Textile Management, or a related field.

* Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or similar platforms.

* Knowledge of apparel sourcing, merchandising, and logistics operations will be an added advantage.
