Job Description

Process Optimization: Streamline day-to-day workflows and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize organizational efficiency.

Vendor & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth procurement and service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis: Compile operational metrics and draft analytical reports to assist senior management with data-driven decision-making.

Inventory & Supply Chain: Track inventory levels, manage logistics, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution of orders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, HR, and sales to support organizational goals, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot execution bottlenecks.
