Position: Technical Sales Executive
Industry: BPO / IT Support
Shift: Night Shift (USA Process)
Timing - 9 Pm to 6 Am
Location - Netaji Subash Place, Delhi
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Transportation: No cab facility
Meal: Dinner provided at the office

Job Responsibilities
Speak with customers over phone.
Understand and troubleshoot computer-related issues.
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical problems.
