Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate transportation, dispatch, and deliveries
• Monitor inventory and stock records
• Follow up with vendors, customers, and service providers
• Maintain operational reports and documentation
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage emails, calls, and correspondence for management
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data records
• Handle general administrative and office coordination tasks
