Job Title: Online sales Executive – Fashion/Garment Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in fashion or garment sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our fashion products through telephonic interactions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound & inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell fashion and garment products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Handle customer inquiries from indiamart, justdial or trade India provide product information, and resolve concerns.

Handle the Social Media Platform like instagram,facebook and youtube etc.

Maintain a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styles.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize selling strategies.
