Job Description
ख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- सुबह 9:00 बजे स्टूडियो पहुँचकर स्टाफ के आने से पहले ऑफिस तैयार करना।
- पूरे स्टूडियो, 1 पाउडर रूम और ऑफिस तक आने वाली सीढ़ियों की साफ-सफाई और देखभाल करना।
- पैंट्री को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
- स्टाफ और मेहमानों के लिए चाय, कॉफी और गर्म खाना तैयार करना और परोसना।
- पूरे दिन ऑफिस को साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रखना।
- ऑफिस के लिए आसपास के क्षेत्र में छोटे-मोटे सामान लाने या अन्य कामों के लिए जाना।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अन्य सामान्य हाउसकीपिंग और ऑफिस के कामों में सहायता करना।
समय की पाबंदी, साफ-सफाई और जिम्मेदारी बहुत जरूरी है।
Main Responsibilities:
- Reach the studio by 9:00 AM and prepare the office before staff arrive.
- Clean and maintain the entire studio, including 1 powder room and staircase leading to the office.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee and warm food for staff and guests.
- Keep the office neat and presentable throughout the day.
- Handle small nearby errands and purchases for the office.
- Assist with other basic housekeeping and office-support work as required.
Punctuality, cleanliness and reliability are essential.
