Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Social Media Coordination


* Post reels, videos, stories, and content on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

* Write basic captions, hashtags, and schedule posts.

* Coordinate with video editors and designers.

* Track posts and maintain records.


2. Calling & WhatsApp Communication


* Call leads and clients for follow-ups.

* Send WhatsApp messages, reminders, and updates.

* Handle basic enquiries and schedule appointments.

* Maintain lead and follow-up records.


3. Office Administration


* Handle data entry, documentation, emails, and routine office work.

* Maintain client databases, schedules, and payment follow-ups.

* Coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors.


Skills Required


* Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

* Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business.

* Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

* Organised, proactive, punctual, and able to multitask.

* Responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
