Non IT Recruiter

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Accounts, Operations, etc.)
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions
• Bulk Hiring, Volume Hirings
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer closure
• Maintain recruitment tracker and database
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
