Non IT Recruiter

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Accounts, Operations, etc.)

- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions

- Bulk Hiring, Volume Hirings

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and references

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer closure

- Maintain recruitment tracker and database

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Working Days – Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH till 2 Pm
