Job Description
*We are looking for a dynamic & professional MIS Executive for our back office operations.*
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Daily MIS Reporting - Sales, Stock, Orders & Expenses
2. Maintaining data in Excel / Google Sheets - VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Formulas
3. Managing invoices, MR reports, and distributor data
4. Coordinating with field staff, accounts & logistics
5. Handling emails, WhatsApp coordination & documentation
*Requirements:*
- Graduate with good knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot)
- 1-3 years experience in Pharma / FMCG back office preferred (Freshers with good Excel knowledge can also apply)
- Must be dynamic, punctual & professional
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Knowledge of Tally / Billing Software will be an advantage
