Job Description
Medical Social Work Executive
Company: TB Clinic
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Advanced Counsellor to provide counselling support, coordinate with doctors, and assist in patient care and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counselling and emotional support to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding patient counselling and treatment-related requirements.
- Support doctors in patient follow-up and treatment adherence activities.
- Conduct TB awareness and health education activities.
- Maintain counselling records and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth clinic operations.
- Identify patient concerns and communicate relevant information to doctors.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
- Prior counselling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and well-organized.
Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
