About the Role

Ananta Business Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Marketing Manager** to lead our sales and marketing operations. This is a leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, client relationship management, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to generate business, close deals, and lead the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the sales and marketing team.

* Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

* Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

* Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.

* Negotiate and close business deals.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

* Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.

* Represent Ananta Business Services professionally in client meetings and business discussions.

Required Qualifications

* Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred).

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

* Proven experience in business development and order acquisition.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Strong negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 (based on experience and performance)
