Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

​Doctor & Clinic Empanelment: Identify, meet, and tie up with local General Practitioners (GPs), consultants, and nursing homes to establish a robust patient referral network.

​Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly patient footfall and revenue targets through strategic field marketing and relationship building.

​Corporate & Community Outreach: Plan and execute healthcare camps, RWA (Resident Welfare Association) awareness programs, and corporate wellness tie-ups to attract direct patients.

​Relationship Management: Maintain excellent, long-term relationships with existing referring doctors and address any feedback or grievances promptly to ensure loyalty.

​Brand Promotion: Promote the hospital’s specialties, advanced medical equipment, health packages, and doctor expertise in the assigned territory.

​Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional schemes, providing regular feedback to the management to optimize internal strategies.

​Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports of doctor visits, camp conversions, and revenue generated from referrals.
