Office Manager / Executive Assistant to CEOLocationDelhi NCR

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily business operations, administrative activities, and high-level meetings. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with business leaders, diplomats, startup founders, and government officials.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & OperationsManage day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Coordinate sales and purchase activities related to the paper and packaging business.
  • Maintain records, reports, invoices, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Executive SupportManage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate business meetings and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up reports.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Business & Industry CoordinationCoordinate with startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist in research and preparation of business proposals and presentations.
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial environment will be an added advantage.
  • Social Media & Digital PresenceManage and coordinate activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Assist in creating social media content, event updates, and business communications.
  • Monitor digital engagement and maintain professional online presence.
  • Diplomatic & Event CoordinationAttend meetings, conferences, and networking events on behalf of the organization.
  • Coordinate meetings of the United Diplomatic Council and associated organizations.
  • Support interactions with Ambassadors, Diplomats, Trade Commissioners, Government Officials, and Business Delegations.
  • Assist in organizing diplomatic, trade, and international business events.
  • Desired Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in office management, executive assistance, administration, or event coordination preferred.
  • Additional RequirementsActive LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
  • Willingness to attend business meetings, diplomatic events, and networking sessions.
  • Knowledge of startups, entrepreneurship, international trade, or diplomatic relations will be an added advantage.

CompensationSalary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and capabilities.
