Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Assist the management team in day-to-day business and operational activities. Support management in assigned tasks, projects, and coordination work. Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-up on assigned activities. Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and other management-related work. Understand and support various business processes as required. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks within the required timelines. Be willing to learn and take up additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can apply. Candidates with an insurance background/exposure will be preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Willingness to take responsibility and work as per business requirements.
