Machine Operator – Electrical Maintenance

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring machine performance, identifying electrical faults, and carrying out basic maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machines during shifts.
• Start up, shut down, and adjust machines as per production requirements.
• Identify and rectify minor electrical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, sensors, switches, and control panels.
• Report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Ensure machine safety and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain production and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to achieve production targets.

Ideal Candidate

ITI Electrician / ITI Electrical.

• 3–5 years of experience in machine operation and electrical maintenance.
• Should be residing in Delhi/NCR.
• Knowledge of motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, plastics, engineering, or industrial machinery.
• Able to work in shifts and can join immediately.
