Logistics Executive

Manage end-to-end shipment operations from pickup to final delivery.

Coordinate with customers, transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Track vehicles and provide regular shipment updates to customers.

Resolve operational issues related to pickup, transit, and delivery.

Maintain shipment records, PODs (Proof of Delivery), invoices, and logistics documentation.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.

Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and customer service.
