Logistics Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive who will be responsible for managing transportation, dispatch, deliveries, inventory movement, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.
• Arrange and monitor transportation of goods.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain logistics records, invoices, e-way bills, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock transfers.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or dispatch operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of courier and transport management.
• Inventory and warehouse coordination.
