Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan options, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Collect customer information and required documents.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Good negotiation and customer service skills.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
