Loan Executive / Loan Officer – Job Description

Position: Loan Executive / Loan Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Loan Executive to assist customers with loan applications, explain loan products, collect documents, and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and generate loan leads.
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Guide customers through the loan application process.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
