Loan Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and sell business loan products to eligible individuals and businesses. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring proper documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, digital channels, and other sources.
• Identify potential customers seeking business/MSME loans.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their business and financial requirements.
• Convert leads into successful loan applications and disbursements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams throughout the loan process.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable lending guidelines.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
