Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided)

• Attend and handle client calls professionally.
• Follow ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
• Assist in preparing, collecting, and organizing required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client cases.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
