Go Global Immigration Services is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, identifying potential clients, and creating opportunities for the sales team in the immigration services sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through cold calling, online platforms, social media, databases, and other sources.
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements related to immigration and overseas opportunities.
• Explain basic information about our immigration services and generate interest among prospects.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM with accurate client information.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule consultations/appointments for the sales or immigration consultant team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and calling targets.
• Identify new sources and strategies for generating quality leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and lead status.
• Consistently work towards improving lead quality and conversion opportunities.
• Requirements6 months–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Business Development, or Sales.
• Experience in the immigration/education consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
