Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager (B2B Sales) to manage and expand our portfolio of key business clients across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B solar sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.



Key Responsibilities


Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts, EPCs, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.

Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling solar panels and related products to B2B clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for existing and new accounts.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Production, and Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Represent Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Strong understanding of solar panel products, EPC business models, and project sales.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Result-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
