Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Growth Manager to drive supply expansion across key premium culinary hubs in Hyderabad, Delhi, and Pune. In this role, you will be directly responsible for identifying, pitching to, and onboarding top-tier, high-volume, and fine-dining restaurants onto our platform. Key Responsibilities Premium Merchant Acquisition: Identify, connect with, and pitch to key decision-makers (Restaurant Owners, Founders, General Managers) of premium and top-rated dining establishments. Seamless Onboarding & Activation: Lead the end-to-end merchant onboarding experience, ensuring smooth contract execution, menu integration, and launch activation. Pipeline & Territory Management: Build, manage, and close a strong acquisition pipeline in your designated target location Delhi Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Restaurant Onboarding. Industry Requirement (Strict): Prior experience working with major Food Delivery Platforms / Aggregators (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin, Eatsure, etc.) is strictly required. Network & Expertise: Strong existing relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers in Hyderabad, Delhi, or Pune.
