Job Description :

PAAM97 Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Junior Lithium Ion Battery Engineer for our Delhi Badarpur warehouse.

We are looking for hardworking, honest, and eager-to-learn candidates who want to build a career in the EV and lithium battery industry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lithium-ion battery packs.
• Spot welding and nickel strip welding.
• BMS wiring and battery testing.
• Cell matching and battery pack inspection.
• Battery charging, packaging, and quality checking.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Basic knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work with precision.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
