Profile

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive (only girls) with at least 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience to customers.

Job Description

The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product details, handling sales transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should be confident in presenting jewellery collections and providing personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.

- Demonstrate good knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstone and other jewellery collections.

- Explain jewellery specifications, purity, weight, pricing, making charges and product features.

- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations effectively.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Maintain proper display, presentation and cleanliness of jewellery counters.

- Ensure the safe handling and security of jewellery items.

- Maintain accurate sales records and follow billing procedures.

- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders and upcoming collections.

- Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams for smooth store operations.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales is mandatory.

- Knowledge of gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery.

- Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with jewellery billing software is preferred.

- Ability to work towards sales targets and contribute to team performance.

- Honest, responsible and attentive to detail.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with previous experience in a reputed jewellery showroom who understands jewellery products, customer preferences and retail sales processes will be preferred.
