Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- ✔️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- ✔️ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
- ✔️ Provide technical support to employees and users
- ✔️ Manage system updates, antivirus, and data backups
- ✔️ Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for smooth operations
- ✔️ Coordinate with vendors for technical support when required
Requirements
- ✔️ Basic to good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- ✔️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔️ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ✔️ Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply
