Job Opening: IT Field Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Field Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, assembly, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers.

* Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems and software applications.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues at customer locations.

* Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking devices, including routers and switches.

* Router configuration and basic network setup.

* I/O punching, cable management, and structured cabling.

* Installation and maintenance of CCTV camera systems.

* Provide prompt onsite technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

* Good knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

* Experience in software installation and troubleshooting.

* Understanding of networking concepts, router configuration, and LAN/WAN connectivity.

* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

* Basic printer repair and maintenance.

* Cartridge refilling experience.

Experience:

* Freshers with good technical knowledge may apply.

* Experienced candidates will be preferred.
