About the RoleWe are a fast-growing laptop rental company looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Assistant to join our Operations team in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery and pickup of rental laptops while ensuring safe handling of equipment. The role also involves basic hardware and software support; therefore, candidates must have basic IT and computer knowledge.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and collect rental laptops from customer locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the safe handling and transportation of laptops and accessories.
• Assist customers with basic laptop setup and configuration.
• Perform basic hardware and software tasks, including software installation, driver installation, Windows setup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer updates.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
• Candidate RequirementsBasic knowledge of computers and IT is mandatory.
• Ability to perform basic hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional in behavior.
• Ability to travel across Delhi for deliveries and customer visits.
