Inventory & Store Executive

Krisa Marketing is looking for an Inventory & Store Executive (GROCERIES RELATED) with hands-on experience in BUSY ERP to manage purchase entries, inventory records, and stock verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase invoices and purchase entries in BUSY ERP.
• Record and maintain inward and outward stock entries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in BUSY ERP.
• Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock.
• Verify received goods against purchase invoices.
• Report stock discrepancies and shortages.
• Maintain inventory documentation and basic Excel records.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience using BUSY ERP.
• Experience in purchase entry and inventory management.
• Experience in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG (GROCERIES), HORECA, corporate supplies, wholesale, or distribution businesses will be preferred.
