International Customer Support / International Process


Job Summary


We are looking for a confident and customer-focused International BPO Executive to handle international voice processes, communicate with overseas customers, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving quality and performance targets.


Important:

This position is strictly for the International Voice Process. Candidates with only Domestic BPO/Telecalling experience are requested not to apply. Applicants must have excellent spoken English and should be confident in communicating with international customers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, US/UK/Australia Process, International Customer Support, or International Sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
  • Communicate professionally with international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Update customer information in CRM/software.
  • Follow company communication standards and call scripts.
  • Meet daily call handling and productivity targets.
  • Respond to customer emails and follow-ups when required.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  • Prepare and submit daily work reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
