Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Noida / Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Experience: 6 months – 3 years in residential interiors or site execution

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and resourceful Interior Site Supervisor to ensure that our sites keep moving every day as planned. This is a junior execution role working closely with the Project Manager. You will be the person on the ground who keeps track of what is happening, follows up with workers and contractors, and flags problems before they turn into delays.

What You Will Do

• Ensure daily site activities are happening as per the project plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, vendors and other workers to keep work moving.
• Visit the site regularly and share clear daily progress updates, photos and issues with the Project Manager.
• Track pending work and actively follow up to ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Identify material shortages, labour gaps, site constraints or execution issues early and flag them immediately.
• Pre-empt potential delays and take initiative on routine follow-ups instead of waiting for instructions.
• Ensure work is being executed as per approved drawings and instructions from the Project Manager/design team.
• Maintain basic site records, measurements, material requirements and progress updates.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential interiors, construction or site execution.
• Someone dependable who takes ownership and does not need to be chased for updates.
• Good communication and coordination skills with workers and contractors.
• Practical, street-smart and resourceful in handling day-to-day site issues.
• Able to understand basic drawings, measurements and execution requirements.
• Comfortable travelling between project sites across Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.

Important: This is not a Project Manager role. The Project Manager will handle planning, design coordination and overall project management. Your responsibility is to ensure that the plan is actually executed on site every day, issues are reported early and work does not stop unnecessarily.
