Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans.

* Create 3D designs/renderings and presentation concepts.

* Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans.

* Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals.

* Visit project sites for surveys, inspections, measurements, and execution coordination.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

* Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and monitor project progress.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar).

* Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and construction details.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
