Job Description
Manage and coordinate with our network of POS agents to source health insurance business
Log in new business cases with the broker platforms on behalf of agents
Follow up with agents and brokers to ensure timely policy issuance
Track pending, in-process, and issued cases daily and flag delays proactively
Maintain and share regular Excel-based MIS/tracker reports on business login, issuance status, and pendency
Act as the point of contact between agents and the backend broker/insurer teams for query resolution
