Job Description
Hiring: In-Store Promoters (Non-Electronics Vertical)
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to drive EMI business growth across non-electronics categories like Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel & Education for Pay-Later business. (Credit Card / Debit Card EMIs)
🔎 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Graduate /Undergraduate
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / merchant acquisition
✅ Two Wheeler (Mandatory)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct EMI training sessions for store staff
* Pitch EMI options directly to walk-in customers
* Educate store managers about EMI benefits & business growth
* Drive awareness and increase EMI penetration in assigned stores
💰 Salary: ₹23000 in hand + Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000 Fix + PF+ Medical +Incentives based on performance
👨💼Candidate preferred from: Bajaj Finance / Kotak Finance / IDFC Finance / Fibe / Shopsee / Savein / Paytm
